San Carlo Food Group S.p.A. entrusted Chrysalis with the logistical management and creativity for the realization of the Incentive trip for 60 top performers of the 2019 sales campaign.
The brief was to create a motivational, unique and experiential sports/football-themed event in line with the company's corporate communication.
The work of the logistics and communication department, followed the singular thread of "competition" to combine the hotel choice with the activities arranged.
The concept devised for the event was born from the idea of exploring the duality of the word "gusto" (taste) that indicates both the emotions of the palate and the satisfaction of participating and winning a competition.
Through its variations we summarized the core values of the event: enthusiasm, passion and participation.
Values that must be pursued as much in the game as in daily work to achieve business goals.
The concept was conveyed in a teaser video sent to the participants, and in all communication materials.
The activities arranged were consistent with the original concept idea: an exclusive guided tour of the Bernabeu Stadium with lunch in the VIP Lounge, a football tournament in Valdebebas, the sporting city of Real Madrid, with awards at the end and paella-themed dinner in a typical Madrid restaurant.
