CHRYSALIS, THANKS TO ZAMBON ITALIA, PRODUCES AND CREATES ITS FIRST EVENT IN PRESENCE, AFTER A YEAR AND A HALF.

The word “resilience” is a concept that indicates the ability to cope positively with traumatic events, to positively reorganize life in the face of difficulties, to rebuild remaining sensitive to the positive opportunities that life offers.
We are doing it!
After months of virtual events, web conferences, streaming messages, smart working, we returned to an event in presence: almost 300 people came together to celebrate the enthusiasm of being together again, the pride and the spirit of teams, new launches and plans for the future.
This was the Zambon Italia event, produced by Chrysalis and held in Assago Milanofiori Congress Center.
A National Convention that lasted three days with face-to-face speeches and public participation, in full compliance with current anti-covid rules.
"It's time to get up and win" the claim of the event, strongly desired by Ivo D'Angelo, General Manager of Zambon Italia. A strong message that involved not only the entire Zambon audience but also the entire Chrysalis staff.
Pre-event teasers, engagement, video, live interviews, product reveals, themed dinners were some initiatives that involve people and re-create that magical atmosphere with a pre-covid flavor, which has so much contributed to the success of the event.
Future events will change for the better because we will be able to combine the virtual-digital experience acquired in recent months with the well-established knowledge of live communication.
