To present the new mindset to their collaborators from all over Italy at their annual National Meeting, Boehringer Ingelheim requested a disruptive event, with a smart format and a high level of audience engagement.
To mark the occasion, Chrysalis presented a project inspired by a smart week and based on the values: of BUILD, CONNECT, GROW.
For the event that took place in Berlin at the beginning of May, Chrysalis provided all the communication support, took care of the set-ups that enhanced both the full plenary meeting and the various line meetings and devised the entertainment for the guests.
Bi collaborators experienced the BUILD value through a creative Lego-construction team building exercise, with the task of creating a Smart City, the CONNECT value was experienced via an inclusive scenic structure and flash mob organized with balls of wool, finally the importance of the GROW value was emphasized with a final wow effect, which took place in a historic theater of the city where the Gaga Symphony Orchestra played the pop hits of the moment, providing as well as the best example of smart transformation, symbolically conveying the underlying value : the growth of the individual in harmony with the whole group.
Testimonials and many surprises enriched the busy guest agenda, helping to maintain the high level of participation and engagement of all present.
