VIRTUAL MEETING, "WE ARE PRIDE, PASSION AND COURAGE"

New tools, same effectiveness: virtual meeting, a new way of conceiving events thanks to Chrysalis Communication. Through the digital tool, the goal has been achieved, recreating the same dynamics of physical events to engage and involve people of the Chronic Care franchise by Boehringer Ingelheim.

The creative concept of the event was a journey within the values of the franchise, to witness, in a particular moment of social distancing, the strength of the company's ideas and to welcome change, continuing to be a responsible community.

The Zoom platform is the one that best lent itself to the connection of over 140 guests, who were able to attend the virtual event, becoming active protagonists.

Team building, gamification, talk shows were among the most engaging activities of the meeting, directed by exceptional testimonials. "Make it digital, but with human touch": to find a new closeness, a special kit was designed, created and delivered to the participants' home with all the necessary for a virtual collective aperitif. Small branded gadgets accompanied the three days of work, to make the event memorable.

The lockdown has tested our work and professionalism, but we have learned to fill the void with a creative approach, always looking for efficient solutions, to guarantee our customers the best results. A new success that has consolidated the synergy between Chrysalis and Boehringer Ingelheim.
