More than 350 people participated in the four day event, devised to strengthen the bond of trust that ties employees to the company and to grow team spirit among colleagues.
Milan played host to all the participants providing an energizing and engaging agenda.
The groups divided into teams initially participated in two days of dynamic team building linked to the main concept and key words of the event, including the slow rafting activity on the Ticino, with aperitif set up on an islet surrounded by nature, and the safety driving course organised in the Quattroruote circuit at Vairano.
The following days were dedicated to corporate themes, the Teatro San Babila (theatre) and the Marriot Hotel provided Boehringer Ingelheim with perfect settings in which to announce new market opportunities and motivate their employees.
Special attention was paid to the venues that would host the dinners, which are seen as social and consolidating occasions, affirming corporate values; first the Sala Polene at the Museum of Science and Technology was chosen for its evocative environments, and then the Spirit de Milano known for its refined and timeless atmosphere, finally arriving at the Villa Reale di Monza, the elegant and opulent historical abode that gave perfect expression to the farewell tribute of Boehringer to its employees.
